We’re sorry to hear you have issues to report. Please know that your concerns are important to us and that we will review your feedback carefully.

To submit a warranty claim, you’ll need to take the following steps:

  • Review important notes on our warranty included at the bottom of this page.
  • Take an image(s) of the product being described, specifically the identification plate on the handle as well as any damage if applicable.
  • Gather information about your purchase:
    • Date
    • Store or website name
    • Proof of purchase (email or image of receipt) that clearly shows the month, day, and year the product was purchased

Once you have that ready, please fill out our warranty claim form by clicking the button below.

Note: The warranty covers the massager against manufacturer defect for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds, repairs, or substitutions are covered under the warranty. Once your claim is approved we will ship a new replacement of the massager submitted.

Important Warranty Notes:

Please be sure you have an authentic unit before submitting a warranty claim.  Authentic Magic Wands have a serial number visible on the body of the product, either etched into the unit or included on a single, silver information sticker on the handle. If there is not a serial number or valid information sticker, you likely have a counterfeit and will need to contact the seller to request a refund.

Warranty claims may take 5-10 business days to process. All claims must be made via our form. Our warranty group will provide you updates by email and may request more information as needed. If appropriate, we will ship a new wand using USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once it is available.

Note: This warranty is for replacement of product only, which means that if approved, we will ship a new product that is the same model as originally purchased. We are unable to offer repairs, refunds, credits, or exchange for different models or products.

Our one-year warranty includes coverage for defects and function under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or abnormal external conditions. Claims of dissatisfaction not related to proper function are not covered.

The warranty covers the unit in North America only. Taking the unit out of the country voids the warranty. Disassembling the unit in any way, voids the warranty.
